How does a collaboration work?
We start with an initial consultation in which we understand your situation and clarify together whether and how we can help. That's followed by an analysis phase, then a concrete plan, then implementation. We quote in packages with a defined scope — not in open-ended hourly rates.
Do you only do digital identities, or other software too?
Both. Identity and access is our specialty, but we equally build web apps, mobile applications, AI integrations and automations. If you're unsure whether your project fits, just ask.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A digitalization check takes a few weeks, an MFA/SSO rollout depending on the system landscape one to three months, custom software development several months. We always start with an analysis and then give you a realistic timeline.
Is everything GDPR-compliant?
Yes. GDPR compliance is a baseline requirement, not an add-on. Our solutions are hosted in the EU, and we manage identities according to current legal and technical standards.
